REDMONT GALLERY  dba 1999- 2003

Owner/Principal While still working as a consultant at David Dike Fine Art, I created own gallery and partnershipped both acquisitions and sales of paintings with David Dike Fine Art. Began cultivating relationships with Dallas families with historical and significant art collections well as building relationships with local Estate Sale Companies and organizers, as well as took both Redmont Gallery and David Dike Fine Art’s inventories on the road and and did arts shows at Country Clubs in the Dallas/ Fort Worth area as well wonderful homes and other various pertinent venues.


DAVID DIKE FINE ART 1990-1999

Gallery Director Responsible for all advertising, marketing and public relations decisions. Involved in both daily sales and purchasing of all art works for the gallery. Coordinated all gallery openings and and exhibitions, including determining which artists would be exhibited, installation of show, and designing of all invitations and promotional materials. Researched artists (can read French) for gallery artist biographical information. Assisted in the writing of catalogs for all museum exhibitions. Responsible for all office technology including daily invoices, correspondence, appraisals and mailing list and inventory, in addition to constant maintained relations with all clientele as well as any inquiries.



INTERCULTURA - MUSEUM CURATION ART ORGANIZATION 1990

Intern- nonprofit art organization in Fort Worth, Texas -responsible for art curation of museum installations at the Dallas Museum of Art, The Meadows Museum, The Kimbell Art Museum. Specifically assigned to DMA and Meadows:The Wanderers Exhibition 1990, The Meadows Museum SMU Mexican Retablos 1990. Dallas, Texas. InterCultura, Inc., was a not-for-profit private foundation, based in Fort Worth, Texas with offices in London, England, founded in 1982 by Gordon Dee Smith (president), J. Roderick Grierson (vice-president), Milbry Polk, and several other individuals for the purpose of furthering understanding among cultures by organizing and exchanging international art exhibitions. Over the course of the next 15 years, InterCultura organized and brought to the U.S. over a dozen important exhibitions from countries as diverse as Ethiopia, Japan, Mexico, Russia, and many other nations. Exhibitions of American art were sent abroad by InterCultura in exchange.

The various images of museum and auction catalogs and my work and involvement in all of them, hands on shortly after graduation are to give reference to the diverse nature of my art background. My experience as both Intern at InterCultura , exposing me to see world class curators of art exhibits along with research and production of world class Museum Catalogs to be followed by becoming Director of David Dike Fine Art and on the ground floor of the explosion of Texas Regionalism and its first Auction solely devoted to it's genre has allowed me to have diverse relationships, direction, knowledge and exposure to assist our clientele with endless resources and out of the box ideas.WANDERERS Masters of 19th Century Russian Painting - DALLAS MUSEUM OF ART RETABLOS - THE PAINTINGS OF MEXICO MEADOWS MUSEUM, SOUTHERN METHODIST UNIVERSITY


DAVID DIKE FINE ART AUCTION 1996-

Auction Director Orchestrated and implemented the first Texas Regionalist Art Auction with David Dike and Shannon Wynne at The McKinney Avenue Contemporary.

Currently assist David Dike with Telephone Bidding during the Live Action.

Bid and Purchased on multiple occasions for Clients at Sothebys and Christies New York.
